Description:

Unmanned aerial systems (UAS) have become an integral tool in site remediation. Combining HD photography with digital photogrammetry solutions and remote sensing devices opens a completely new panorama for environmental practice. This course will provide an overview of its important uses and benefits during site remediation.

Topics to be discussed include use of UAS during due diligence, site assessment, remediation investigation and action (targeting sampling zones and monitoring), ecological resource impacts and more.

The presentation will be followed by a moderated interactive open forum roundtable discussion. Please come prepared to discuss critical issues or concerns you feel directly impact your work
