Description:

The Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), introduced on December 31, 1983, as the Environmental Cleanup Responsibility Act (ECRA), has since become one of the most impactful remediation laws in New Jersey. Do you know the basic regulatory, technical, and administrative requirements for compliance with ISRA?

This course will cover key aspects and provide environmental practitioners with information on:

• ISRA triggers and applicability
• Forms and time frames
• Completing preliminary assessments/site investigations
• ISRA compliance options
• Types of response action outcomes
• Common errors and how to avoid them

If you are new to the environmental landscape in New Jersey this course will be an excellent resource for you. And if you are a seasoned veteran, it is always beneficial to refresh your knowledge and stay up-to-date.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive open forum roundtable discussion moderated by Kathi. Please come prepared to discuss critical issues or concerns you feel directly impact your work. All Members and Associate Members are invited and encouraged to participate in the discussion.
