The topic of the August 2020 Regulatory Roundtable is Emerging Contaminants – PFAs Lifecycle with the presentation by AnnieLu DeWitt of Clean Harbors. She will discuss the current regulatory status of PFAs in New Jersey, identify analytical targets, define reporting and remediation requirements, help attendees choose a water treatment option, and address the final disposition of impacted materials. Time will be allowed for Q&A.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive open forum roundtable discussion moderated by Caryn Barnes. The open forum roundtable typically includes a review of regulations governing site remediation and a discussion of actual problems/issues LSRPs encounter during the remedial process. During this part of the program, attendees are given an opportunity to identify critical issues or concerns they feel directly impacts the work of LSRPs.
